This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Leatherland.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Domestic & International Orders: 5–12 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs delays, carrier issues, or high demand periods.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
5. Delays & Lost Packages
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
Leatherland is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Customs processing times
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

6. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we are unable to make changes. Additional fees may apply for reshipment.
