We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase, subject to product availability.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including returning the original item and delivery of the replacement item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, including:

  • Original shipping fees
  • Return shipping fees

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.


4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged (unless defective)
  • Items returned after the 14-day return period

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
